Our tools, strategies, and training can help with daily living skills including but not limited to, personal hygiene and household chores, community-based independence, including navigating public transportation and safety concerns; job skills, and improved social independence.
Coaching
As students with disabilities transition out of the school system, there is a lack of services, resources, and guidance to support their transition into adulthood. Rocket Independence was built with this in mind - to be your one-stop shop on your child's path to independence.
THE LAUNCH
Launch your child into independence with the customized tools, resources, strategies, and training you need.
The program includes:
DISCOVERY
CALL
This discovery call is where I explain the program in depth and determine if we are a good fit to work with one another. We will chat about your young adult, your concerns, and your specific goals.
ONBOARDING
During the onboarding call, we will determine the specific tools, resources, and trainings that will help me create an individualized plan to launch your child toward independence.
FOLLOW UP
After a couple of weeks of using your new tools and strategies, we will schedule a virtual meeting to discuss progress, questions, and any revisions you may need. I will then make any revisions or adaptations necessary and send them back to you.
ADD ONS:
During our time together, I will be available for questions or feedback as you learn how to use your new tools.
I am also available to help connect you with other local resources if you need in-home care or support.
